안녕하세요! 오늘도 작년에 오픽 한달 연수를 받으면서 연습했던 오픽 주제 중 "Shopping"에 대해서 개인적으로 작성했던 Script 공유드립니다. 해당 표현은 선생님과 동료들 도움을 많이 받아서 작성한 자료이므로 쇼핑주제에 기본적으로 등장하는 자주 쓰는 표현들이 많이 있을 것 같아 활용하는 부분이 많아 도움이 되실 것 같습니다.

대부분의 사람들이 쇼핑을 좋아할 것 같은데 저도 좋아합니다. 요즘에 해외직구에 맛이 들어서 특히 중국 직구를 타오바오에서 많이 합니다. 하는 방법이 어렵지 않습니다. 조금만 시간내셔서 인터넷을 조회해보면 쉽게 하실수 있습니다. 네이버쇼핑에 저렴하게 올라온것들을 보면 대부분은 중국에서 직구해서 약간의 마진을 붙여서 파는 것이라는 것을 알았습니다. 약간의 노력만 하면 직구를 통해 싸게 살 수 있습니다. 하나 더 중국의 블랙프라이 데이 라고 불리는 광군절(11월11일)에는 타오바오에서 대폭 할인된 가격으로 제품을 구입할 수 있기 때문에 참고하십시오. 저도 아직 사보진 않았지만 올해는 구매를 해서 내용을 공유드리겠습니다. 

갑자기 딴 곳으로 이야기가 흘렀네요! 오픽은 연습이 중요한 것 같습니다. 연습은 어려운 것 같습니다. 억지로 하지 마시고 일정한 시간에 영어 말하기 습관을 만들어서 하면 좀 수월할 것 같습니다. 아침에 일어나면 저절로 세수나 양치를 하듯이.... 저 같은 경우 한 4년동안 아침에 통근 버스를 타고 가는 시간에는 버스 안에서 영어 말하기 연습을 합니다. 4년간 하고 있어서 저절로 습관이 만들어져서 딴 생각을 하고 있다가도 그 시간만 되면 저절로 영어 말하기 하고 있는 내 모습에 신기하기도 합니다. 영어의 정복은 습관이다. 많이 나오는 오픽 기출문제에 대해서 작성한 사항으로 쇼핑 주제는 하기 문제만 준비하시면 거의 대부분을 커버하실것으로 생각합니다.

1) What does a typical grocery store look like in your country? What is special about the grocery store? What do people do when they buy groceries? Give me a lot of details.
There was a famous grocery shopping mall that we usually go to near my place. It’s on a busy street or close to my place. When maybe we just can drive there, It takes only 5 minutes by car. we can drive to the grocery store. Because they have a huge parking area outside. Maybe we can also buy various kinds of food, clothes, daily necessity and so on. Inside grocery shopping mall, there are usually electronics and home appliances on the first floor. If we go to the basement area, there is a lot of fresh food and meat. Parking is usually free when you buy a product. I guess that people normally go to the grocery shopping mall after work or on weekends.

2) Please tell me about your shopping habits. Where do you usually go shopping? Why do you go there? How often do you go and with whom? What do you usually buy? 
Hmm well, I usually go to the SAVE ZONE outlet close to my place. It takes only about 10 minutes by car. They sell mainly carry-over clothes. I generally go there with my family once a month. We normally spend about two hours shopping. As soon as, we arrive at the outlet, we go to a clearance section on the first floor. Because it is the cheapest place in the outlet. After then, we go to another floor to buy some clothes such as a dress, sweatshirts, sweatpants, a vest and so on. There’s a snack bar on the first basement floor. We often stop by there because the food is very delicious and reasonable. 

3) memorable shopping
3years ago, I bought winter clothes like a puffer vest on the internet. 3days later, the product arrived at home and I tried it on my clothes. But even though I ordered a large size, it was a little small. It was strange a little bit. So, I looked upon the other shopping mall with the same product. I found out that the product was for women. The size was also a large standard for women. I thought it was not fair. Because there was no advertisement for women at this mall. Moreover, the package was also marked for man. I immediately returned it and I had to pay a little shipping fee. After that, I don’t use the shopping mall anymore.

4) Last experience
I remember going shopping with my friend when I was in high school. I usually went to the lotte outlet located in Jamsil. We normally bought casual outfits. We spent 2 hours shopping. After shopping, we usually went to the restaurant in the mall. There was a professional chef and we could get excellent service. However, it was a little expensive for us. I would say that was my first shopping experience with friends. 

5) Shopping has changed over the year. What are some changes in people’s shopping habits? Talk about some significant changes that have happened over the year?
In the past, most people used to go to grocery stores. Sometimes we need to drive and wait to park the car. so it took a lot of time to go grocery shopping. On the other hand, we can buy everything online. For example, there are COOPAAG, WEMAKEPRICE, TIMON and so. If you order something by 12 am, you can get the item the next morning. They provide overnight shopping. It saves time because you can get products faster than before. Also, it is much more convenient than before.
