[OPIC Script] Jogging, 직장에서 영어 Speaking 공부방법

안녕하세요! 

날씨가 갑자기 무더워집니다. 야외에서 활동하기 좋은 시기는 금방 가고 덥고 추운 시즌은 빨리 오고 갈수록 그 기간도 길어지는 것 같습니다. 

매일 아침 통근버스를 타고 미드 Shadowing을 하면서 Speaking 공부를 나름 매일 하고 있습니다. 제 하루의 루틴이 되어서 그 시간이 되면 저절로 이어폰을 끼고 주절주절 버스 안에서 조용히 영어와 사투를 벌이고 있습니다.

출근해서는 아침에 잠깐 Shadowing 했던 문장들을 영어로 적고 옆에는 한글로 적어놓습니다. 한글을 보고 영어가 바로 튀어나올 수 있게 연습하기 위해서입니다. 일단 컴 창 일부분에 이 문장들을 띄어놓고 시간 될 때마다 문장을 익힙니다. 큰 노력이 필요하지 않는 일이고 문장을 잠깐잠깐 자주 접하기 때문에 기억력이 오래가는 방법이라 추천드립니다. 

오늘은 오픽에서 선택하는 주제 중 "Jogging"입니다. 스포츠 활동 주제 중 오픽에는 여러 주제들이 있지만, 이 조깅 주제가 강사님이 조금 쉽다고 해서 수업시간에 연습한 스크립트를 공유드립니다. 대부분 강사님이 만들어주신 좋은 문장이고 제가 직접 작성한 문장은 결론적으로 없네요! ^^ 오픽 공부하는데 많은 도움이 되셨으면 합니다. 

1) When you go jogging, What do you wear? Why do you prefer it? 
Are there any other accessories or items you wear when jogging?
When I go jogging, I wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Because it makes me comfortable when I jog. And I also make sure that I have my water to get hydrated while jogging. I love listening to music, so I will bring my earbuds. And it’s very handy. So, I can listen to music when I jog. And I wear proper shoes to protect my knees and ankles. And that’s pretty much when I prepare before I go jogging. And I also do some stretching before I jog. That’s what I do all prepare when jogging.

2) place where you jog
I like to go to the lake park which is located in ILSAN to go jogging with my family. I can enjoy myself being outdoors and enjoy the beautiful nature in the park while jogging. And I get some fresh air and I can run along with the lake and I can record history of my jogging patten.  

3) First/last jog
A few years ago, I gained some weight. So I try to exercise and go to the gym, doing another exercise. But I thought that jogging would be better. Because I can enjoy the beautiful nature and get some fresh air outside. So, I decided to go jogging in the park. Because Jogging is a great way to lose some weight. And I want to stay fit. So that is Why I first started jogging.
